Who we are

What we collect

If you submit a form on this site, we receive and store the name, company, email address, phone number and message you entered, and our team is notified by email so a person can answer. Alongside it we record the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the site or advertisement link that brought you there (for example a campaign tag in the link), your approximate location as reported by our hosting provider, and your browser type. We do not store your IP address.

If you use our interactive demonstration, the conversation is processed to generate replies and may be retained so we can improve the system. Do not enter real customer information, payment details, or anything confidential into a demonstration.

What we do with it

We use what you send to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote or demonstration, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where we need a distributor or manufacturer to price something you asked us to price.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. To know which advertisement or link brought an enquiry, the site keeps the campaign tags from the link you arrived on in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, and sends them only if you submit a form.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you call us, or give us your mobile number to receive account texts, we use that number only to reply to you about your call and to send the account messages you asked for, such as login codes and account updates. We do not send marketing texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider processes messages only to deliver them.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep correspondence as long as we have a business relationship or a legal reason to. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a contract or a public-procurement record requires us to keep it.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
